NAMG Visa® ClubPerks™ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. General Information; Definition of Terms. North American Membership Group, Inc. ("NAMG") is a lifestyle membership company that operates the following clubs: Cooking Club of America; Creative Home Arts Club; Handyman Club of America; National Health & Wellness Club; National Home Gardening Club; North American Fishing Club; and North American Hunting Club. The NAMG Visa ClubPerks Rewards Program (the "Program") allows you to earn points (the "Points") on the dollars you spend on Net New Purchases, as described in section 3 below, using your Club Visa® credit card account (your "Account"). For each 1,000 Points you accumulate, you will receive ClubPerks to use toward purchases from NAMG, as described in section 5 below. Except where noted otherwise, "you" and "your" mean the accountholder. "We," "our," "ours," and "us" mean Washington Mutual Bank or its assignees. Other capitalized terms not specifically defined have the same meaning as in your Account Agreement. The Program is not available to the extent it is prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

2. Eligibility. You may participate in the Program while your Account is open. However, you may not be eligible to receive ClubPerks while your Account is past due or overlimit (see section 5 below).

3. Earning Points. You may earn Points when your Account is opened and can continue to earn Points so long as your Account remains open. You may earn Points as follows:

Purchases
You will earn 1 Point for each $1 of Net New Purchases you make with your credit card. "Net New Purchases" mean purchases of goods or services you or any authorized user on your Account makes, minus any purchase returns, refunds, or credit adjustments. Net New Purchases do not include cash advances, balance transfers, and transactions involving convenience checks or access checks.

Other Methods
We may have offered you one or more additional ways to earn Points or other bonuses when you applied for your Account. If so, the enclosed letter explains these additional earnings methods and how they work. You will not earn Points for unauthorized charges or for fees of any kind. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be purchased or sold for cash. If you make purchases to earn Points, keep in mind the terms and conditions of your Account Agreement.

4. Statement of Points. Program Points are updated monthly at the time of your Account billing statement. Points earned during the cycle will be posted on your billing statement date. Your statement will show the Points you have earned during the cycle and your total Points balance.

5. ClubPerks . If you have accumulated more than 1,000 total Points as of the end of a billing cycle, you will receive ClubPerks, either with your billing statement or in a separate mailing. For every 1,000 Points you have accumulated: (1) you will receive ClubPerks for $10 off a merchandise purchase from NAMG; and (2) 1,000 Points will be deducted from your total Points balance. However, you may not receive ClubPerks if your Account is past due, overlimit, or in default of your Account Agreement. Instead, your Points will be carried over to the next billing cycle; if your Account is current, within its credit limit, and not in default of your Account Agreement at the end of that billing cycle, you will receive ClubPerks as described above.

You may use ClubPerks toward purchases made by mail or by telephone. ClubPerks: (1) have no cash value; (2) cannot be purchased or sold for cash; (3) may only be used toward merchandise purchases from NAMG; (4) cannot be used toward membership dues; (5) may only be used once; and (6) are non-transferable.

Purchases Made by Mail
To use ClubPerks when making purchases by mail, you must send the ClubPerks with your merchandise order or payment.

Purchases Made by Telephone
ClubPerks will be numbered. To use ClubPerks when making purchases by telephone, simply give the number to the NAMG representative when you make your purchase.

6. Tax Liability and Fees. You will be responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes due from your earning Points or using ClubPerks. You will also be responsible for any fees or other charges due in connection with ClubPerks.

7. Expiration. Points that have not been sent to you in the form of ClubPerks will expire 2 years after being awarded on a first-earned, first-spent basis unless you or we close your Account before then. If you close your Account or if we close it because you default on your Agreement, your Points will expire immediately. ClubPerks will expire one year after they are sent to you.

8. Cancellation. We may cancel your participation in the Program and/or close your Account if you commit fraud or abuse your privileges in connection with the Program or the Account. If we do so, your Points will expire immediately.

In addition, we may terminate the Program with at least 30 days advance written notice. If we do, your Points will expire on the date indicated in the notice. We may not be able to send you at least 30 days advance written notice if we are terminating the Program because of an act of God, act of war or insurrection, accident, fire, sabotage, labor dispute, computer malfunction, act of federal, state, or local government, judicial action, or other events beyond our control. If the Program terminates for any of these reasons, we will issue a credit to your Account of $0.01 for each unredeemed Point.

9. Fees for Participation. There is no annual fee for participating in the Program. However, if you are an Official Member, your annual membership dues will be automatically billed to your Account at 50% off the then-current standard rate. You may cancel this arrangement at any time by contacting NAMG. However, if you decide not to have your membership dues billed automatically, you will no longer receive the 50% discount. If authorization for the charge of dues to your Account is ever denied because we have revoked or suspended your charging privileges (for example, when your Account is delinquent or overlimit): (1) automatic billing of your membership dues will stop; and (2) you will no longer receive the 50% discount. (Life Members: — membership dues will not automatically be billed to your Account.) There may also be an annual fee for your Account; please refer to your Account Agreement.

10. Program Changes. We may change the Program from time to time, in which case we will send you at least 30 days advance written notice.

11. Assignment. You may not transfer or assign your Program benefits or Points without our written agreement.

12. Our Notices to You. We will mail our notices to you to the address on your billing statement.
